1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
This website, synthesiswithcatalysts.com, is operated by Synthesis with Catalysts Pvt. Ltd. (“SWC”, “we”, “us”), of E-13, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Gopalpur, Sikandrabad-203205, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms govern use of the website only. They are not conditions of sale: any supply of goods is governed by the separate written quotation, order acknowledgement and conditions of sale agreed between us.
This is a business-to-business site intended for professional and institutional users. It is not intended for consumers or for anyone under 18.
2. Using this website
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You must not:
- use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any export control, sanctions or chemical-control regulation;
- systematically extract, scrape or re-publish the product catalog or technical documents, or use them to build a competing database;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any password-protected area;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or availability of the site.
3. Technical information is indicative, not a specification
The product data on this site — including molecular formulae, molecular weights, purity figures, physical constants, typical properties, thermal data and applications — is indicative typical information published in good faith. It is not a specification, and it does not form part of any contract.
Technical data sheets are marked “typical properties (not for specification)” because that is exactly what they are: values representative of normal production, not guaranteed limits for any particular batch. Where you need guaranteed values, ask us for a specification or a certificate of analysis for the batch you are buying.
Some of the information published here is transcribed from our own source documents, and errors are possible. If a value matters to your process, confirm it with us in writing before you rely on it. We may change products, data and documents at any time without notice.
Nothing on this site is technical, safety, regulatory or legal advice, and no statement here should be taken as a recommendation to use a product in breach of any patent or law.
4. Hazardous products and intended users
We supply catalysts, ligands, organic peroxides, precious-metal complexes and semiconductor precursors. Some are flammable, self-reactive, corrosive or toxic. They are supplied for industrial, manufacturing and research use only, by technically qualified people with suitable facilities.
They are not for use as, or in, food, cosmetics, household products, or as drugs or medical devices, and not for any use in or on the human body, unless we have expressly agreed that use in writing.
Safety data sheets available through this site are provided for information and must be read before handling any product. You are responsible for assessing the hazards of a product in your own process and for ensuring your workplace, storage, transport and disposal practices comply with the law where you are.
5. Availability, compliance and export control
Listing a product on this site is not a representation that it is available, or that it may lawfully be supplied, in your country. Availability, registration status and permitted uses differ between jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to ensure that importing and using a product is lawful for you — including obtaining any licence or permit required.
Products may be subject to export controls and sanctions. You agree not to export, re-export or divert any product in breach of those rules.
6. Enquiries are not orders
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices are not published here. When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation or ask for a sample, you are inviting us to make an offer. A contract arises only when we accept an order in writing, on the conditions of sale agreed between us.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the proforma invoice for the order concerned, not by this website.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, product data, document layouts, imagery, graphics, code and design — is owned by or licensed to SWC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Synthesis with Catalysts name and logo, and Permanox™, are our trademarks. Other names and marks referred to for identification (for example, catalysts commonly known by the names of the chemists who developed them) belong to their respective owners and their use here does not imply any endorsement or association.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
9. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site — or any document on it — without notice.
10. Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as set out below, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site and its content, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
