Permanox-101XL45 (DHBP) Powder

Applications:

Crosslinking of natural and synthetic elastomers (NR, EPDM, FKM, Silicone, HNBR, EVA, CM, etc.).
Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV).
Rubber compounds with Permanox-101 45 have good scorch safety, and under certain conditions one step mixing is possible.
Safe processing temperature: 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min.).
Typical crosslinking temperature: 175°C (rheometer t90 about 12 min.).

Store and handle in a dry well-ventilated place away from sources of heat, ignition or direct sunlight

Avoid contact with reducing agents (amines), acids, alkalis and heavy metal compounds (accelerators, driers and metal soaps)
