Applications:

Silicone Rubbers: Moulding, Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding.

Polypropylene: To enhance Melt Flow Index.

Nylons : To Reduce or to enhance flow.

Polyethylenes (HD/LD/LLD/CO): To reduce Melt Flow Index.

Grafting: To graft maleic anhydride or GMA or Functional group upon PP, PE, POE, Elastomer.

Recycling: To enhance MFI of PP or to reduce MFI of Polyethylenes.

Bioplastics: To graft GMA upon PLA or PBAT or PBS.

Compounding: To make compatibilizers for blending of different polymers.

Rubber: For curing of EPDM, EVA etc.

XLPE: Replaces DCP due to non-yellowness, odourless or reduced volatiles and smooth crosslinking.

Storage, handling, and transportation:

Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for further information on the safe storage, use and handling of the product.

Keep containers tightly closed.

Store and handle in a dry well-ventilated place away from sources of heat, ignition or direct sunlight.

Use well ventilated area for weighing with proper PPE. Never weigh out in the storage room.

Avoid contact with reducing agents (amines), acids, alkalis and heavy metal compounds (accelerators, driers and metal soaps).

The product is classified as Organic peroxide type C; liquid, Division 5. 2; UN 3103
